Aloysius Cornelius Susek graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons.) from University Teknologi Mara (UiTM) (Hons) in 2013. He then commenced his pupillage in RamRais & Partners and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor with the Malaysian Bar in 2014. Having completed his pupillage, he joined Messrs. Moideen & Max as an Associate in February 2014 prior to Yunus & Susek.
Aloysius specialises in the areas of general and civil litigation as well as dispute resolution including a firm background in employment law, administrative law and family law. He is also experienced in the field of corporate recovery and insolvency. Amongst others, he has also handled construction matters, medical law matters, oil & gas disputes and, but not limited to disputes in relation to occupational safety and health.
His areas of specialisation does not stop only at litigation, he also had the opportunity to also experience corporate and conveyancing matters which include corporate advisory and governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and joint venture agreements, sale and purchase for residential and commercial properties, tenancy and lease agreements and will, probate and letters of administrations.
Aloysius has successfully represented clients at various levels of court including the Magistrates Court, Sessions Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
